    •    EMR Platform – EPIC
    •    Cleveland, Georgia 
    •    Weekends only – Friday, Saturday and Sunday
    •    Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care seeing 2 and up
    •    Caring for patients in a growing community
    •    Well-trained and experienced staff
    Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:
    •    Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant
    •    Passion for quality and patient care
