What You’ll Do
As our Automotive Parts Specialist, you will play a critical role in keeping our service department and customers moving.
• Manage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
• Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts identification and pricing
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and product information
• Review and verify body shop estimates for accuracy and proper parts ordering
• Pull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy with routine bin checks and stock organization
• Build strong relationships with technicians, advisors, and customers
• Help drive departmental profitability through upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Comfortable with basic math calculations (discounts, percentages, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret safety and service documentation
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
