Are you a customer-focused, highly organized individual with a passion for the automotive industry? George Nunnally Chevrolet, a leading dealership in Bentonville, Arkansas, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our growing team.
At George Nunnally Chevrolet, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a positive work environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their vehicle's service needs with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service inquiries.
  • Clearly explain vehicle issues, recommend necessary repairs and maintenance, and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.
  • Process payments and handle customer concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Uphold George Nunnally Chevrolet's high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
