Experienced Residential Plumbing Technician

Your Role
You'll be the expert our customers depend on - diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems with precision and respect. Every call follows the Nexstar Six-Step Service System, ensuring consistency and five-star experiences.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems with accuracy and pride.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, presenting options they can trust.
- Maintain detailed records in ServiceTitan.
- Keep your truck, tools, and workspace organized and fully stocked.
- Represent the George Brazil legacy with professionalism in every home you enter.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience and confidence in your craft.
- A passion for service, not just repair - someone who values doing things right.
- A valid driver's license and clean record.
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Experience with ServiceTitan a plus.
