What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (diagnosis, treatment planning, procedures)
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate digital records (EMR)
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless patient experience
• Uphold compliance with NJ dental board and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active New Jersey Dental License (in good standing)
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to be credentialed with PPOs and government plans
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient rapport
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

• Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move within the clinical environment for extended periods
• Ability to perform fine motor tasks and hand-eye coordination necessary for dental procedures

• Frequent use of dental instruments, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and staff in a clinical setting
