Job Description: Active Nebraska LPN license preferred; RN candidates will also be considered. Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Strong medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation skills. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (5:45 PM–6:00 AM). Must attend mandatory day-shift orientation/training on 9/4 (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), followed by a night-shift shadow and medication pass orientation. Availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night schedule. Preference for 36 or 48 hours per week must be specified at submission. Excellent communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
