Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product/service improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market conditions to effectively position company offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
