We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and professional Flex Security Guard to join our team. This is an on-call position designed to cover shifts when our regular security personnel are absent, on vacation, or when extra coverage is required. • Provide shift coverage during callouts, vacations, or emergencies.
• Patrol assigned premises regularly to establish a secure presence.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Authorize entrance of people and vehicles onto the property.
• Respond immediately to alarms, disruptions, or suspicious activities.
• Write clear, detailed daily activity reports and incident logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Flexible open availability, including shortnotice availability for oncall shifts.
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to ensure prompt arrival for shifts.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
