Job description

Mechanical Assembly Technician

Join our team building high-end light towers and trailers in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll be cross-trained across multiple workstations, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of mechanical and assembly skills. Attention to detail, quality, and teamwork are essential to success in every role.

Shift & Pay

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
  • Overtime required: Average 50–55 hours/week
  • Pay: $20–$21/hour, depending on experience


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of production or assembly experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand color codes
  • Experience with hand and power tools and mechanical assembly
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to accurately assemble and wire components
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support cross-training


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • ISO 9001:2015 experience
  • Lean Manufacturing experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly, including bolting, drilling, and general assembly
  • Operate hoists/cranes as needed
  • Work across multiple production stations through cross-training
  • Identify and communicate safety, quality, and productivity improvements
  • Accurately record material and part usage in company systems
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment


Physical Requirements

  • Stand and work for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts
  • Work in a manufacturing environment while following PPE and safety requirements
