About the Role

Geek Powered Studios is looking for a highly organized Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of client work from strategy through completion. You'll manage project delivery, sprint planning, capacity, quality assurance, and workflow inside ClickUp, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

You won't create client strategy or directly manage employees. Instead, you'll coordinate work between Account Managers and delivery teams, keeping projects moving while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ClickUp project board and sprint planning
• Translate client strategy into clear, actionable tasks
• Assign and monitor work across SEO, PPC, Design, and Copy teams
• Track team capacity and project timelines
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before completion
• Improve workflows, documentation, and automation
• Communicate project status and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project, delivery, or operations management experience
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, web design, and development)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Available during U.S. Central Time business hours

• Agency or client-services experience
• Experience creating SOPs and improving processes
• Familiarity with automation tools and EOS
