AI Deployment Manager

Position Summary

The AI Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and support of AI-powered technologies across the organization. This position works closely with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, deploy AI solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation.
  • Lead implementation projects for AI applications and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing system support.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Configure and maintain AI platforms based on organizational needs.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and overall effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors or internal teams to resolve them.
  • Support integration efforts between AI solutions and core business systems.
  • Develop workflows that reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure outcomes and ROI.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and best practices.
  • Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead pilot programs and continuous improvement efforts related to AI capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software, business systems, technology consulting, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing and administering cloud-based software solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, automation tools, and system integrations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with APIs, workflow automation, and cross-functional implementations is preferred.
  • Manufacturing, operations, or industrial experience is a plus.
