Gathers Tea Bar

As a Bobarista, you’ll help manage daily operations, support team members, and ensure a great customer experience.

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, loose-leaf teas, and specialty drinks according to Gathers Tea Bar’s recipes and quality standards.

• Cook and maintain boba pearls and other toppings to ensure freshness and consistency.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.

• Handle transactions using the POS system and maintain an organized workspace.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following health and safety guidelines.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in food service, barista, or boba tea preparation is a plus but not required—training will be provided!

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Passion for tea, bubble tea, and creating an inviting space for guests.

REQUIRED:
Retail and restaurant experience.
