What You'll Do

Welcome guests with positive energy and deliver awesome first impressions

Create magical moments through fun, friendly guest interactions

Help guests enter the attraction smoothly and efficiently

Keep queues organized, safe, and stress-free for everyone

Keep public areas clean, tidy, stocked, and ready for adventure

Complete opening and closing duties to keep the attraction running like magic

Work alongside an amazing team to create memorable experiences every day

Qualifications & Experience About You

You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

6 months-1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred

Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments

Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Most importantly, you're reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help create unforgettable LEGO adventures every day!
