Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, employing diagnostic frameworks that guide treatment planning.
  • Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions that employ various therapeutic modalities, adapting methods to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer virtual engagement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation consistent with ethical standards and regulatory compliance to support treatment efficacy and client safety.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of emerging trends and evidence-based practices in the mental health landscape.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients seek therapy to enhance their overall well-being and navigate life's complexities. Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to practice empathy and maintain a non-judgmental and supportive attitude towards clients' lived experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively, along with time management skills to ensure timely documentation and therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and individual and group therapy methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms to deliver remote services effectively can set you apart as a candidate.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
