  1. Operations Management

Oversee daily store and fueling operations, ensuring pumps, registers, and equipment function properly.

Monitor fuel deliveries, storage, and sales to prevent shortages or compliance issues.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for the store, forecourt, restrooms, and surrounding property.

  1. Staff Supervision & Training

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cashiers and attendants.

Provide coaching on customer service, upselling, and safety protocols.

Handle staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct performance evaluations.

  1. Customer Service

Ensure staff delivers friendly, efficient service to customers.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.

Promote loyalty programs or special promotions to increase sales.

  1. Financial & Inventory Control

Manage cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation of daily sales.

Order, receive, and track store inventory (snacks, drinks, automotive products, etc.).

Control fuel inventory and monitor shrinkage or theft.
