As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are more than a caregiver, you are a trusted advocate, a compassionate leader, and an important part of each resident’s care journey. In our close-knit community, our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) have the opportunity to truly know their residents, understand their needs, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition

  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with nursing standards

  • Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for residents’ needs
