Client Relations & Sales Manager — Gallery Anderson Smith

This position is focused on strengthening relationships with collectors, developing new sales opportunities, and making sure potential clients don’t fall through the cracks. It can begin as a weekend-focused position, with significant potential to expand into more flexible hours and greater responsibility as the role grows.

Primary responsibilities would include:

• Following up with new gallery visitors, subscribers, inquiries, and prospective collectors
• Reconnecting with previous collectors and clients to generate repeat sales
• Developing relationships with new collectors, interior designers, corporate clients, real estate professionals, and other potential partners
• Networking at gallery events and outside events to build new relationships and generate leads
• Maintaining organized client/contact lists and tracking follow-ups
• Following up after exhibitions, openings, private viewings, and special events
• Assisting collectors with artwork inquiries, pricing, availability, and purchasing decisions
• Supporting artwork and event-space sales opportunities
• Conducting outreach by phone, email, text, and social media when appropriate
• Scheduling appointments and private gallery viewings
• Performing light administrative duties related to sales and client management
• Working closely with the gallery owner and staff on sales goals and upcoming exhibitions
• Representing Gallery Anderson Smith professionally at networking and community events

Schedule: Primarily weekends to start, with opportunities for additional and more flexible hours.

Growth potential: The position can develop into a larger client-development and sales leadership role as the gallery's collector base, corporate relationships, exhibitions, and programming continue to grow.
