Nursing Home Administrator - Temporary License Eligible

Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Nursing Home Administrator who is eligible to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator License. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an individual who is ready to take the next step in their long-term care career while working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Work closely with facility leadership to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support department managers and nursing leadership
• Promote quality care, resident satisfaction, and survey readiness
• Contribute to census growth and operational success while developing your leadership skills

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator License (required)
• Leadership experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Desire to grow into a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $75,000
• Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
• Opportunity for salary growth upon obtaining licensure and based on facility census
