Customer Service Attendant (CSA)
Love the feeling of sunshine on your face and the satisfaction of a sparkling clean car? Calling all car care enthusiasts with a winning smile! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where exceeding customer expectations is your passion? Are you a natural communicator who can build rapport and recommend the perfect car wash package? Then shine on! Extreme Express Car Wash is searching for a superstar Customer Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
CSA Responsibilities
- Customer Service smile, answer questions, recommend wash and promote and educate on the car wash memberships
- Car Wash Operations guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor, perform visual inspections to ensure no safety hazards on the vehicle before entering wash tunnel
- Maintaining a clean and stocked facility at all times
CSA Requirements
- Morning availability required (starting at 7am)
- Available for flexible hours; including weekends, some closing shifts (until 9pm), and some holidays
- Minors must have a valid work permit
- Enjoy working outside
Part-Time (24 hours weekly with the possibility to pick up extra shifts as needed)
Must be physically able to stand and work outdoors for the entirety of the shift.
