Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and processing incoming stock, as well as picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. Day-to-day tasks include verifying shipment contents, organizing and labeling inventory, operating pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The Warehouse Specialist will perform routine inventory counts, assist with inventory control procedures, and coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve order or stock discrepancies. This role also involves following company safety guidelines, meeting productivity goals, and supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders and preparing shipment documentation.
  • Skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle products safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and basic data entry.
  • Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and move materials safely within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials in accordance with standard warehouse requirements.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
