Overview:

As a Prep Cook at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen team by preparing high-quality ingredients and assisting in the timely execution of menu items. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion ingredients as per recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other menu items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
  • Support cooks during peak hours by ensuring all prep work is complete.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
  • Participate in kitchen clean-up and maintenance at the end of shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work atmosphere.


Requirements:
