North Bronx in Bronx is on the lookout for a Bilingual (English, Spanish) and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to become a vital part of our team! If you are passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing top-notch patient care, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pharmacist in accurately preparing and dispensing medications.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock to ensure medications are always available.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
  • Keep precise patient records and maintain pharmacy documentation.
  • Handle insurance claims processing and assist with reimbursement issues.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is a plus.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Bilingual Speaker (English, Spanish)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
