Green Dermatology is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing dermatology practice in Milford, Delaware. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and an excellent opportunity for a dermatology-focused provider who values high-quality patient care, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding practice.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dermatology nurse practitioner (DNP) or physician assistant to join our team at Green Dermatology in Milford Delaware! The ideal candidate will have experience in dermatology and be comfortable evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions. As a DNP, you will see several patients each day, going over their medical history, and conducting or prescribing tests as necessary to determine their root issues. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients while providing comprehensive dermatologic care. Responsibilities may include evaluating new and established patients, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, performing appropriate in-office procedures, and educating patients about their diagnoses and treatment options.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions

Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform focused physical examinations

Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and provide appropriate patient education

Perform minor dermatologic procedures as appropriate to training and experience

Order and interpret diagnostic testing when indicated

Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, test results, and follow-up recommendations to patients

Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Collaborate with physicians and other members of the practice as needed

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient service

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license eligible for practice in the State of Delaware

Experience in dermatology strongly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team

Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-focused care

Comfortable evaluating and treating multiple patients in a busy clinical setting

Experience with cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology

Experience with blue light therapy and/or laser treatments

Experience with EMA/ModMed
