Looking for a residential cleaning technician to start part-time with potential for full time. Will train for the position! No weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
• Follow our specific cleaning systems and safety protocols to ensure high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Requirements:

• Willingness to Learn: A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new skills is a must!
• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for client trust and team success.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to notice things others might miss.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting (up to 20-30 lbs), and kneeling for extended periods.
• Transportation: A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance are required for travel between client homes.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
