Someone equally comfortable:
• paying invoices
• meeting contractors
• showing apartments
• answering phones
• putting out small fires (figuratively… hopefully)
• and occasionally cutting grass because property management keeps life interesting.

This is not one of those jobs where you sit in a cubicle wondering if it’s 5:00 yet.

Every day is different.

You might spend your morning helping with accounts payable and receivable… then spend the afternoon tracking down a vendor who said, “I’m on my way,” 45 minutes ago.

You’ll help keep properties, tenants, owners, vendors, and the office all moving in the same direction — which honestly deserves some sort of medal.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ is dependable
✔ can communicate professionally
✔ has common sense (shockingly rare these days)
✔ can stay calm when things get hectic
✔ likes variety and solving problems
✔ doesn’t mind occasionally being out in the field instead of behind a desk all day

Property management experience is great.
Being resourceful, organized, and easy to work with is even better.
