Aberdeen, WA (Grays Harbor County Area)
$68,000 โ€“ $87,360 (Salary range includesย $10,000 Geographical Differential)

About the Role

As a Youth Mental Health Therapist, youโ€™ll provide individualized, family-centered care using the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) model. Youโ€™ll work closely with youth and families to build skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Develop assessments and personalized treatment plans
  • Support youth with skill-building (social, emotional, behavioral)
  • Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners
  • Complete clinical documentation and case management tasks
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
  • Strong engagement skills with youth and families
  • Valid driverโ€™s license + reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Experience with WISe or wraparound services
  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
