Now Hiring: Adult Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Centralia, WA (Lewis County) | Full-Time
$68,000 – $87,360

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, group)
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based, outcome-focused approaches
  • Collaborate with care teams and community partners
  • Support clients in building skills and long-term stability
  • Complete clinical documentation and care coordination

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
  • Strong engagement and treatment planning skills
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
  • Experience in outpatient or community mental health
