What You Will Do:

· Greet all guests in a timely manner (3-5 seconds at most).

· Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.

· Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

· Ensure we provide a quality product to all guests with quick and friendly service.

· Ensure safe handling procedures are followed at all times.

· Listen well to team members and provide feedback.

· Follow the cash management process and properly ring in all sales through the POS system.

· Immediately notify the Manager of all safety, sanitation, or team member issues.

· Quickly scan and comprehend orders on KDS/tickets.

· Accurately count number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips needed for each order, portion them out to the correct sauce bowls and cook and prepare them in the proper fryers and baskets.

· Accurately coordinate cooking time of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips and fries with the corresponding timer.

· Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and with proper safety equipment.

· Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.

· Complete all FLAVORLAB training for your position and any new training as required

· Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

Minimum Requirements:

· Previous restaurant experience is a plus

· Must be at least 17age

· Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance

· Have reliable transportation
