Independent Sales Representative — Commission Only

Remote, Canada | Independent Contractor

Golden Ages is seeking experienced independent sales representatives to introduce Canadian seniors and their families to our wellness and extended-stay programs in Vietnam.

This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage or guaranteed minimum income.

Compensation

• Starting commission: 6% of eligible revenue actually collected by Golden Ages from clients assigned to the representative
• Commission may increase to 8% or 10% when documented performance thresholds are achieved
• Recurring commissions are payable on eligible monthly client payments, subject to the terms of the independent contractor agreement
• Taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and other excluded amounts are not commissionable
• Complete commission calculations, advancement thresholds, payment timing and post-termination terms will be provided in writing before the agreement is signed

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across Canada
• Explain Golden Ages’ wellness and extended-stay program options accurately
• Conduct telephone or online consultations with seniors and their families
• Follow up with company-provided and independently generated leads
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records
• Follow Golden Ages’ approved materials, privacy requirements and ethical sales standards
• Refer medical, legal, insurance and immigration questions to appropriately qualified professionals

Qualifications

• Previous consultative or high-value sales experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-only environment
• Professional written and spoken English; French or another language is an asset
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, travel, real estate, insurance, financial services or related fields is an asset
• Legally entitled to work and provide independent contractor services in Canada

Golden Ages provides product training, approved scripts, brochures, selected inbound leads and Team Leader support. Representatives are responsible for their own workspace, equipment, operating expenses and tax obligations.

This role focuses on trust, careful needs assessment and informed decision-making. High-pressure or misleading sales practices are not permitted.
