Gold Wellness Circle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to community wellness, caregiving support, cancer awareness (especially breast cancer), Alzheimer’s education, and addressing food insecurity in underserved communities. Learn more: www.goldwellnesscircle.com

We are expanding our Advisory Board to strengthen our mission, scale our programs, and increase our impact across communities. Advisory Board Members will play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting initiatives, and helping grow partnerships and funding opportunities.

We are seeking a Strategic Growth & Board Development Advisory Board Member to help guide organizational strategy, board expansion, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend bi-monthly virtual Advisory Board meetings via Zoom
• Support strategic planning and organizational development
• Assist in board expansion and governance structure
• Identify partnerships and growth opportunities
• Act as an ambassador for Gold Wellness Circle

Qualifications:

• Leadership or nonprofit experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Ability to commit 5–10 hours per month
• Passion for community wellness and impact

Advisory Board Member Perks:

• Networking opportunities with partners and stakeholders
• Advisory perks and benefits (in development)

Selection Process:

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to schedule a 15–30 minute Zoom meeting with the Founder (Debra Dixon-Anderson) to discuss alignment, experience, and potential contribution to the Advisory Board.
