Position Overview: The Station Operations Specialist is responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective last-mile delivery operations. This role oversees daily DSP performance, contractual compliance, pricing negotiations, and issue resolution, working cross-functionally to drive delivery efficiency, tracking accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The hourly wage range for this position is $20–$30, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
