Pool Service Technician

• Keep pools sparkling: Perform thorough cleaning of swimming pools including scrubbing tiles, vacuuming floors and stairs, netting debris, and emptying skimmer and pump baskets.
• Balance water chemistry: Test and adjust chemical levels to ensure safe and clean water, including adding chlorine, acid, and other necessary treatments.
• Maintain equipment: Inspect and ensure proper operation of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. Perform backwashing and routine maintenance as needed.
• Be the face of NPP: Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service at every visit. Communicate clearly with clients and provide updates or recommendations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and inspect: Identify and report any issues with pool conditions or equipment. Advise clients on next steps or escalate to management when necessary.
• Stay organized: Manage your daily route efficiently, maintain accurate service records, and ensure your company vehicle is clean, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Communicate clearly: Use email and messaging tools to stay in touch with the internal team and provide timely updates on service completion and customer feedback.
• Support team operations: Complete paperwork, maintain inventory of supplies and chemicals, and participate in regular team check-ins and training sessions.

• A valid driver's license (3-year history) and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow (pool experience is a plus, not a must)
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active
• Reliability, independence, and pride in your work
What to Expect on the Job
• Working in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat)
• Lifting and carrying equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
• Driving a company vehicle between service locations
• Performing physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Using tools and handling pool chemicals safely (training provided)
