  • Contribute to company marketing efforts, including social media interaction and attending meetings.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, seminars, networking events, and community events as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of federal and state employment regulations and conduct ongoing research to stay current on employment and HR law updates.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the role and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, LinkedIn, and various HR, recruiting, and job posting platforms.
  • Strong internet research skills and ability to use multiple resources to gather information.
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-driven, with the ability to manage critical timelines and competing priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate options and recommend effective solutions.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Comfortable meeting new people, attending networking and community events, and developing professional relationships.
  • Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects and demands.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond positively to change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity, ethical judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Confidence to ask questions, seek clarification, and make informed decisions.
  • Continued interest in learning, personal development, small business operations, and organizational growth.
