Job Description

GG Media is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our Nashville team. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events from preparation through completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in an energetic environment. You will collaborate closely with team members, vendors, clients, and event personnel to help ensure every event is well organized and professionally executed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop valuable skills in event coordination, client communication, organization, teamwork, and project execution while building a long-term career with a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of company and client events.
  • Coordinate event materials, supplies, schedules, and logistical requirements.
  • Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, guests, and team members.
  • Help maintain event timelines and ensure important deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure events run efficiently.
  • Assist with attendee registration, guest coordination, and general event operations.
  • Identify and communicate potential issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate event information, documentation, and organizational records.
  • Collaborate with the events team on upcoming projects and event requirements.
  • Represent GG Media with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Support additional event-related projects as needed.
