Position Profile:
Working with existing and new clients across North America, you hold a vital role in our expansion and growth. You will have short term and long-term goals to prospect and develop new business leads and enhance existing client partner relationships.
You will be working under the Senior Director, Business Development while leveraging the expertise of our Senior Sales Leadership team, you will build upon strategies to attract and target outbound business and serve as a key to lead nurturing and setting qualified appointments that ultimately convert to deals.
Position Details:
Compensation: $50,000 base salary + commission. Potential to earn 100k+ annually.

Your Key Deliverables:
- Work with Customer Success, leveraging relationships with existing clients in pursuit of revenue streams through existing and/or new outbound effort.
- Qualify sales leads by prospecting (cold outreach) and conducting high level conversations with key stakeholders/ executives.
- Build in-depth knowledge of all of GFDโs business products and value propositions for prospecting and growing existing relationships.
- Work closely with Partnerships Manager and other internal stakeholders to support business proposals, RFPs and negotiations with target stakeholders.
- Identify and map clientโs business strengths and needs and present GFD solutions to build deeper fundraising partnerships to prospects (inbound/outbound/referral) as well as, existing accounts.
- Research business opportunities and viable revenue streams across North America
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and reporting on successes and areas needing
What you bring to GFD:
- Ensuring routine touchpoints (client events/meetings/appointments and/or conferences) with existing clients through collaboration with Partnerships Manager and Customer Success Manager(s) where applicable to consistently grow accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline with up-to-date log of all prospecting efforts and movements
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
- Attending conferences and networking events on an-ad hoc basis throughout North America.
- Building robust relationships with CSMs to understand each client profile in order to identify opportunities to add or grow outbound donor acquisition line of business to their fundraising portfolios with GFD
- 1+ years in a sales role or business development role
