Income Potential

Your income is directly tied to your effort and production..

• Part-Time: $500+ per week
• Full-Time: $100,000+ first-year earning potential
• Additional long-term income through residual commissions and team overrides

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to discuss their life insurance needs
• Educate families on available life and health insurance products
• Help clients choose coverage that fits their goals and budget
• Follow up with qualified warm leads who have requested information
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the application process
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Build and mentor a team for additional leadership income (optional)

Qualifications

• Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and training
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required
