Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

GEM Transitional Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Pasadena, CA.   • Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions and injuries

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure patient-centered care
