Associate will be responsible to handle service requests oninbound calls and for walk in customers. • Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
• Handle in person customer requests at the front desk of our office
• Complete vehicle photo inspections for customers
• Make 80 - 120+ outbound calls per day
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
