GDWS is currently seeking a math content creator to assist with a short-term project. 

GDWS is an educational resource company focused on creating impactful resources for high school math and science courses.

About the Position:
This is a content creation position for a short-term project, with the potential for additional work in the future.
Responsibilities:

• Create high school level summaries of different graph types (bar, line, histogram, scatter plots, box-and-whisker plots, and pie charts)
• Create explanations and examples for foundational math skills (center, variability, spread)
• Create a written summary of standard deviation, standard error, and how to interpret error bars
• Create original graphing problems based on published scientific journal articles
• Review written work and provide feedback and edits where needed
• Create review problems for students to practice the different graph types
• Organize and create content in PowerPoint using provided templates
• All content must be original. The use of AI is not allowed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a math related field
• A strong understanding of statistics
• Previous experience teaching middle school or high school math
• Strong attention to detail
• A love of creating resources
• Background in science or experience with science is a major PLUS
