Role Summary:
The cashier is a key front of house team member who ensures fast, accurate transactions and excellent guest service. They handle dine-in and takeout payments, manage online orders, and contribute to a clean, organized front counter area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions following company procedures.
- Manage and package takeout and delivery orders; confirm accuracy before handoff.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and resolve minor concerns.
- Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and organized.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and support other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and POS system skills.
