This role sits within the development team and is responsible for ensuring every interior environment delivers exceptional guest experience while meeting operational, commercial and brand objectives.

The Role

  • Resolving design issues throughout construction while protecting design intent

About You

You'll be passionate about hospitality design and understand how great interiors combine aesthetics, operations and commercial performance.

You'll ideally have:

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 8+ years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel projects
  • Strong FF&E specification and coordination experience
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
  • Knowledge of procurement, operational planning and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to oversee several complex developments simultaneously

Join a business investing heavily in luxury hospitality developments and help create exceptional guest experiences across an international portfolio.

Our client is a confidential, publicly listed hospitality owner, developer and operator with an extensive portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Following significant investment and expansion, they are strengthening their in-house development team to support a pipeline of landmark projects.
