We are seeking a G3kids Afterschool Program Van Driver to join our team! You will assist in the pickup, drop off and supervision of children.

G3Kids is an active play and child entertainment gymnastics center! We provide services to the community that keep kids active, social, and safe. Gymnastics, parkour/ninja classes, camps, parties/events, and more!

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing van driver we can trust to pick up our afterschool program children. We are looking for someone who can be here consistently Monday-Friday at the times listed below. We would like for this person to think of safety as their top priority, and drive very safely while our children are in the van. This person needs to be reliable, confident, and a good problem solver.

We typically pick up from Loma Portal Elementary, Ocean Beach Elementary, and Dana Middle school. This candidate will be tasked with driving our van to and from schools based on our schedule. Training will be completed before the first day of school, and we will ensure this person is confident in the school routes.

Requirements:

• Valid driver License
• Responsibly clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Hold safety as the top and most critical priority
• Can safely transport children from offsite to onsite
• Safely operates a 15 seater transit passenger can
• Follows all traffic and seat laws
• Parking vehicle in safe and law-abiding locations
• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
• Perform a variety of tasks in the gym after pickup if scheduled and overseeing play

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
• Positive and patient demeanor

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Hours range from 11:30am-630pm (typically 1:30-6:30pm time frame Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
• Thursdays 11:30-6:30pm time frame
• Extra shifts may be available upon request
• HIRING START DATE ON OR BEFORE AUG 3, 2026 (Schools begin Aug 10th, training will begin before school starts)

Pay Range:

$19-21 per hour
