Position Overview

Bright Futures Counseling, Ltd. is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs, to deliver impactful therapy services. In this full-time remote position, therapists will work collaboratively within a supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health counseling to diverse client populations. Work Environment

The therapy team at Bright Futures Counseling works primarily in a remote setting, placing a strong emphasis on flexibility while ensuring consistent support from team members. Our outpatient office provides the infrastructure and resources necessary to create an effective telehealth experience. We employ state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless appointments and maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality. Collaboration occurs through regular video conferences, team meetings, and professional development workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals.
  • Offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges and circumstances of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
  • Document treatment processes and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision, peer review, and continuous professional development activities to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans with clients.
  • Engage with community resources and services to facilitate referrals as needed for clients’ additional support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families across various backgrounds, cultures, and demographics. Clients may present with a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our approach is tailored to resonate with individual needs, drawing from cultural competency and a deep understanding of systemic influences on mental health. We aim to foster a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and strengths.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current and active licensure in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities focused on mental health.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with clients and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Experience with telehealth services, enhancing client engagement in a virtual format.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, reflective of experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
