Branch Director โ€“ Technology Staffing & Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead a high-performing technology staffing and workforce solutions team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading recruiting and sales teams, managing branch operations, and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven background in staffing, business development, and team management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Business Growth & Operations

  • Drive branch revenue growth and overall market performance.
  • Lead business development and client expansion efforts.
  • Manage branch operations, productivity, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Execute operational best practices and strategic initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top recruiting and sales talent.
