POSITION PURPOSE
This role supports stability, connectivity, and reliable operation of core business systems across the organization. The Systems Integration Analyst ensures applications, vendors, and data platforms work together effectively to support daily business operations.
This position focuses on application support, vendor coordination, and system integrations that enable consistent data exchange through APIs, file transfers, and vendor-managed interfaces. It also supports light development and automation work, including scripts, integrations, and simple applications that improve operationalefficiency and system usability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Application Support & System Stability Serve as a primary contact for application issues, including troubleshooting and resolution Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain system functionality Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure stability and availability Support application upgrades, patches, and release testing Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through configuration or automation Support user testing and validation of system changes
Development & Automation Support
Develop and engineer lightweight applications, widgets, and automation solutions that support digital banking and business operations Support scripting and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes across systems Enhance and maintain existing scripts, APIs, and web-based components used for integration and reporting Support system integrations through APIs, file exchanges, and vendor platforms Document integration workflows, interfaces, and key system dependencies
Data & BI Support Extract and deliver data files to support Business Intelligence reporting needs Validate accuracy and consistency of data extracts provided to BI team Assist in troubleshooting data flow issues between systems and applications as needed

Clear, documented understanding of how systems interact and where data lives.
Fewer fragile, undocumented PowerOns and point-to-point integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED 3-5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN APPLICATION SUPPORT, SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, OR RELATED IT ROLES
