Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all daily field operations from mobilization through project completion.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, consultants, and onsite personnel.

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project success.

Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards, company safety policies, and public agency.

Coordinate inspections with DSA inspectors, city officials, testing agencies, and public agencies.

Schedule, conduct, and document subcontractor meetings and field coordination meetings.

Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts, scheduling issues, and construction challenges.

Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, safety documentation, and progress reporting.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

5 years of experience managing public works, K-12 school construction, and DSA projects in California required

Strong understanding of DSA inspections, documentation, and occupied campus coordination
