Job description:
Fusion Sport Rehab & Accident Care
Highlands Ranch / Littleton / South Denver
About Us
Fusion Sports Rehab & Accident Care delivers a comprehensive, integrated approach to injury diagnosis and treatment—whether from motor vehicle accidents, sports, or everyday life.
We are a multidisciplinary clinic combining:
- Physical Therapy
- Chiropractic Care
- Medical Pain Management (MD-led interventional care)
- Massage Therapy
- Mental Health / Trauma Support
At Fusion Sport Rehab, we operate with a performance-driven, athlete-level standard of care, utilizing the same technologies and treatment philosophies used in NFL, NCAA Division I, and Olympic training environments.
Patients benefit from:
- True 1-on-1 care with their provider
- Private treatment rooms (no open gym model)
- Individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- A collaborative team approach to maximize outcomes
Bottom line: Our goal is to heal patients. If we cannot, we connect them with the right provider and ensure they understand how to safely move forward.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to:
- Work 1-on-1 with patients (not volume-based care)
- Be part of a team-driven personal injury and orthopedic model
- Collaborate closely with MDs, DCs, and mental health providers
- Contribute to high-quality documentation and case management
What Makes This Role Different
- No “mill-style” PT – quality over quantity
- Direct collaboration with interventional pain management (injections, PRP, RFA)
- Exposure to personal injury case management and legal documentation
- Opportunity to contribute to future care planning and long-term outcomes
- Strong referral network (professional sports teams, attorneys, specialists, imaging, surgery centers)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic and functional evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions
- Collaborate with chiropractors, MDs, and other providers on care plans
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Participate in case management discussions and progress updates
- Educate patients on injury, recovery expectations, and long-term care
- Assist in developing future care recommendations when appropriate
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Colorado PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skillset
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Preferred (Not Required)
- Vestibular rehabilitation training or experience
- Spanish-speaking (bilingual)
- Experience with personal injury or post-traumatic care
- Interest in sports performance or return-to-play programming
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus
- Competitive salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Flexible scheduling options
- Continuing education support
- Opportunity for professional growth within a multidisciplinary model
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Clinically confident but always learning
- Detail-oriented in both treatment and documentation
- Comfortable working within a team-based medical model
- Motivated by patient outcomes, not patient volume
- Interested in bridging rehab, performance, and injury recovery
Work Environment
- Private treatment rooms (no overcrowded gym)
- Collaborative team culture
- High-end patient experience model
- Growing clinic with expansion opportunities (Aurora and beyond)
- Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability preferred
