Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our newest location, Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community in Quarryville, PA, for a PRN Occupational Therapist.

The community offers a full continuum of care, including independent living, personal care, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of amenities and wellness programs designed to support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As a therapist at Quarryville Presbyterian, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a caring and collaborative team of healthcare professionals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. 

  • Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations. 

  • Active state license 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures 

  • Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.  Screening requirements may vary by location.
