Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll be working onsite at a well-equipped hospital facility in Peekskill, New York. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with experienced clinicians to deliver comprehensive therapy services. The clinic operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing flexibility in scheduling while maintaining a high volume of patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs of each patient.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques and functional exercises to support patients in their rehabilitation journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to billing practices and compliance regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid New York State Licensure for Physical Therapy Assistants.
  • Completed an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, preparing you with the essential skills and knowledge for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this full-time Physical Therapy Assistant position ranges between USD 50,000 to 60,000 annually, with opportunities for additional productivity bonuses based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
