About the Role 

Full Spectrum Lighting, is looking for an experienced Bucket Truck Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on field position working on commercial lighting maintenance, electrical installations, sign work, and more. If you’re comfortable in the bucket, skilled with electrical systems, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you. 

What You’ll Do 

• Operate a boom/bucket truck safely to perform work at height on commercial job sites 
• Maintain, repair, and replace commercial lighting systems 
• Pour caissons and perform foundation work for pole light installations 
• Install and set standing pole lights 
• Paint and refinish light poles 
• Run new wiring to pole lights and other exterior electrical fixtures 
• Install, service, and troubleshoot electronic sign displays and digital price signs 
• Perform sign work including installation, repair, and maintenance 
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in the field 
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures 

What We’re Looking For 

• 2+ years of boom/bucket truck operating experience (required) 
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills — you can find and fix problems, not just replace parts 
• Experience with commercial lighting maintenance and repair 
• Familiarity with digital price signs and electronic display systems 
• Ability to run wire and perform general electrical work in a field setting 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to work independently and manage your time on job sites 
• Comfortable working at heights
