You'll provide hands-on support in participants' homes, at community programs, and during activities that enrich daily life, helping them build skills and confidence while fostering meaningful relationships.What You'll Do / Day-to-DayA Direct Support Professional's responsibilities vary depending on participant needs. Typical duties include:Assisting with daily routines and activities, tailored to individual goals and preferencesSupporting skill-building, personal growth, and goal achievementHelping participants participate in community, educational, recreational, or social activitiesProviding a consistent, compassionate presence and building trusting relationshipsDocumenting progress and sharing updates with the teamQualificationsNo experience? No problem! We're looking for compassionate, motivated individuals and provide full training to set you up for success.
